Super Bakery’s mission is to be The Leader in Bakery Nutrition®.
We bring healthier product choices to the public, while simultaneously promoting a lifestyle that emphasizes wellness - and balance in all things – family, work, play, diet and exercise.
We do these things for the purpose of becoming Your Bakery For Life®…from pre-school through the golden years.
Super Bakery was “born” in 1990 and has grown into a healthy 20+ year old company. At its inception the company had two offerings – Super Donut® and Super Bun® - its flagship products. They were the first products of their kind approved by the USDA as a grain/fruit component for the school breakfast program, and they remain the top sellers today.
However, a lot has changed since 1990. What started out as a regional foodservice company, selling only to schools in a cluster of mid-western states, has grown into a national entity with distribution in all 50 states and in recently developed international business channels. Many market segments are now served by Super Bakery products.
The reasons for this growth are many. Primary are Super Bakery’s processes, principles, and people, which are dedicated to listening to the customers’ needs and providing them with the appropriate solutions.
The vision that is Super Bakery today consists of over 100 products positioned with multiple brands that are applicable to multiple market segments. Super Bakery, Inc. is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
